It all started with the advent of the Skills Development Act in SA during the early 1990's. The company originally known as ESDI (Equity Skills Development Institute) then rebranded as Nexim cc after the turn of the century.

Offering compliance solutions we believed that a proprietary limited business with a strong & bold brand image and a company name that resonated was essential for our clients to identify with.
